  • 22% Italian VAT is included in all registration fees. 10% Italian VAT is included in the social events package and hotel booking. 
  • Italian VAT: 22%. The Diabetic Foot Course is registered for VAT in Italy under the VAT number IT 00187749999.
  • It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT. The reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible to receive an invoice without local VAT.

Registration entitlements includes:

  • Course materials
  • Access to all theoretical and practical sessions
  • Coffee and lunch on all conference days (September 30th to October 3rd) 
  • Certificate of attendance and CME Accreditation (if submitted evaluation survey)
  • Welcome reception on Wednesday, September 30th.
 
Social Events package includes:
  • Gelato Tasting on Thursday, October 1st.
  • Guided city walk on Friday, October 2nd.
  • Course dinner on Friday, October 2nd.

Terms and conditions

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is possible by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or bank transfer. Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date. Please ensure the payment by bank transfer clearly states the invoice number as we will not be able to place payment without this information.

Registered participants who are unable to attend the course must forward a written cancellation (by e-mail) to the Pisa Diabetic Foot Course Secretariat at registration@cap-partner.eu. 

Refund of the course registration fee and hotel accommodation booking (minus 40 EUR in administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the course secretariat in writing before or on 30th of June 2026. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the course. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

Social events are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the course is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the course.

CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the course. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the course, hereunder registration, monitoring of credits for CME (Continued Medical Education), as well as information about the course. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.

Each participant receives a name badge on-site carrying the first name and family name of the participant.

By registering for the Pisa Course 2026 the participants give their consent that the organizer may take pictures and/or record videos at the event. This includes pictures and/or video of the participants and/or their works (such as poster, excepts of presentation or lectures) during the congress for reports and promotion of course activities on Pisa website, social media channels and printed material. If you identify yourself on a photography published by The Pisa International Diabetic Foot Course and wish to have it removed from the website, please send an e-mail to lar@cap-partner.eu

In case of reasons beyond the control of the course organizers, CAP Partner (appointed course organizer) has the right to immediately alter or cancel the Course or any arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the course. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for the damage that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, apart from any willful damage or gross negligence committed by the course organizers, the course shall not at any time be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage, caused by failure to comply.

Participants who require a visa to attend the course may request an official invitation letter by contacting the Course Secretariat at registration@cap-partner.eu. Invitation letters will be issued upon completion of the course registration and payment of the registration fee.

As visa processing times may be lengthy and vary by country, participants are strongly advised to apply for their visa as early as possible. The course organiser cannot be held responsible for delays or decisions made by embassies or consulates.

In the event of a visa refusal, a cancellation due to visa rejection may be eligible for a refund of the course registration fee, provided that:

  • A written cancellation is received by the Course Secretariat no later than August 30th 2026, and

  • An official visa refusal letter issued by the relevant embassy or consulate is submitted.
