Registration fees 

Fee for 4 day theoretical course and practical training 27-30 September 2023:

  • Early registration fee (until and inclusive 3 July 2023): 1650 EUR (excl. accommodation)
  • Late registration fee (from 4 July 2023): 1800 EUR (excl. accommodation)


Max number of participants: 35

NB! Members of the European Wound Management Association receive a 10% discount on the registration fee.

    CANCELLATION TERMS

    Registered participants who are unable to attend the course must forward a written cancellation (by email) to the Pisa International Diabetic Foot Course Secretariat at info@cap-partner.eu. 

    Refund of the course registration fee and hotel accommodation booking (minus 40 EUR administration costs) will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the course secretariat in writing before and on 7 July 2023. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded. Refunds by bank transfer or to a credit card will be processed after the course. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

    If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the course is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

     

    PAYMENT TERMS

    Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card. Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive. 

    It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct invoice address is entered during the registration process.
     

    SHARING OF CONTACT DETAILS

    CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system, and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, here under registration, monitoring of credits for CME (Continued Medical Education), as well as information about the conference. Your data will not be passed on to any third party.
